The Rail Café is a place where people can enjoy the incredible taste of coffee as well as our amazing food and pastry. We focus on high quality, freshness and consistency of our product to provide you with one of the best experience of food, coffee and pastry. We use Premium Product Coffee Brand, Toby’s Estate bread as well as Brasserie bread. We also support local product such as Riverina products, Pace Farm free rang egg and Bilpin product. Pastry like muffin and croissant are freshly bakes daily. The Rail are likewise environmentally friendly, which mean we follow the procedure of reuse, renew and recycle of our waste product. The Rail are design to give you a classic and vintage feeling. The rail also provides you with a friendly environment where all member of our staff are there and ready to look after you. And the great thing is that we located only a few blocks away from the Richmond station.
Reth is a young, motivated and passionate fully qualified chef.
He is of a Cambodian background and studied at Tafe then worked at Pendolino where he spent a large portion of his apprenticeship, eventually moving to chef de party. He is very excited about bringing city dining and a high quality of food to the café scene in the Hawkesbury.
